Freight and additional details
We provide a prepaid regular satchel to return the rental equipment.
A maximum of one hour of technical support via telephone or email is included in the rental agreement cost. If you require extended support, additional hours will be charged at $200/hour +GST (available for purchase in one hour minimum blocks).
Please note that if you decide to go ahead with the purchase within 14 days of the rental period ending, the amount paid (excluding freight costs) will be converted to a credit towards a unit purchase.
